Swept Away Island Weddings and Events specializes in luxury destination weddings, and because most of our couples are planning their big day from the other side of the deep blue sea, we recommend our Full Service Coordination Package. However, each couple has unique needs, so we have created customized planning packages that will seamlessly get you from now to “I DO!”
For our busy bee couple who just doesn’t have the time! We know all too well that life doesn’t stand still just because you are planning a wedding. We will take the stress off your mind so you can enjoy your engagement! We are yours from the moment you handover the reigns. This package includes everything from our above packages plus TONS more! We will get started right away with designing and delivering the wedding of your dreams!
• Site and book venue(s) for the ceremony and reception.
• Budget management and payment scheduling
• Marriage License assistance
• Sourcing and booking vendors (i.e. hair and make-up, photography, videographer, venue, floral, linens, lighting, caterer, pastry chef, party rentals, musicians, officiate, limo/luxury vehicle transportation, wedding attire, etc.)

Prior to Your Event
• Swept Away will meet with you to go over vendor agreements and discuss all the details of the wedding.
• Swept Away will then create a timeline and checklist to ensure smooth transitions of events.
• Up to two weeks prior to your event, Swept Away will distribute the timeline to vendors, manage and confirm agreement details.
• Swept Away will be present at the rehearsal to provide direction and guidance.
On Your Big Day
• We will oversee the vendor deliveries and set ups
• Ensure design vision is executed
• Direct and oversee ceremony and reception for a perfect synchronized flow of events!
It’s finally here; and we know you can’t wait to dive right in and start nailing down all those wedding day details, but take it from us, keeping track of everything can quickly become overwhelming.
In addition to everything included in our Wedding Consultant package, The Swept Away pros will compile all of your hard work into a wedding day timeline. We will organize your “day-of play book,” confirming vendor details, contact information and event timeline. Consider us your event proofreaders. While reviewing your details we will alert you of any potential problem areas, making sure that nothing goes awry come the big day.

One month prior to your event, we will get started on your Timeline. Just send us all of your information, and once we review it, we will set up a conference call to discuss the details. When you arrive on the island, we will be available to confirm the details of your event, go over any last minute changes and hand off your event bible.

We’ve done the hard part, qualifying and recommending vendors based on your budget and vision. Often, the most frustrating part of the planning process--we’ve eliminated the guess work and refer only tried-n-true vendors so that you can focus on all of the fun stuff.

Sometimes love is all you need-- and a few pretty details of course! We have created a “no-muss, no-fuss” elopement and renewal package for those couples who just want to reinforce the vows they made at the beginning of their journey, or for those who want to start their story with a simple exchange on the beach.

There's just one problem - you've still got to set your favors and escort cards, put out your guestbook, lay out your linens, tie chair sashes, and make sure all the meticulous details you've taken months to plan are in place. Let us take that off your hands, and put your mind at peace. You may not have needed the extra support during the planning process, but you'll be glad to have a shoulder to lean on now!
